We have exclusive distribution agreements for all brands we represent. The contact with the manufacturer is direct, both technical staff and technical sales force, performed in routinely bassis.

The continued training of laboratory instrumentation user's, are done free of charge by our technicians, and this includes:
- Staff training for user level
- Staff training for technical
- Continued training to incorpore all the advances, scientific and technical discoveries that may arise during the contract period
The persons responsable of staff training and continuing education plans can be classified in two ways:
Technical staff:
They are technicians repairing analyzers with more than 25 years of experience. Formed directly by manufacturers, are authorized to make decisions. We also have technical support personnel in major provincial capitals.
Commercial technical staff:
These graduates in health sciences can ensure a continuing education plan both laboratory staff as administrative personel and technical staff. They are also able to address all queries that arise during the testing of the system or in the course of the orders.
The technical staff has been perfectly coordinated with the comercial manager so there is a continuous exchange of information, which can provide any and all improvements, developments, extensions immediately once it has received notification from the manufacturer.
